Joining Instructions
For new recruits and returning cadets, the 2024-2025 training year will commence on September 3, 2024.
Steps to get started:
- Complete Application Form: Application for Membership Note, this is a two-stage process. Once your email address is entered, you will receive an email with the link to complete the application. We’ll receive your application once it’s been submitted
- Once your application has been received you will be contacted by RCSCC Patriot staff about the next steps to completing your registration. You will be required to bring the following:
Proof of age:

12-18 years of age;
-
a valid Canadian Passport;
-
a Birth Certificate issued by a Canadian provincial, territorial or federal government agency;

any card, visa or permit (work, study, resident, etc.) (with photo) issued by the Canadian Government which legally authorizes the person to reside in Canada for an extended period of time; or
-
any identification card (with or without photo) issued by a Canadian provincial, territorial or federal government agency. Certificates of live birth and Health Cards are NOT accepted.
Proof of health insurance:
