There is so much happening this month! Drop in Volleyball nights, the Quebec Trip (if you are going), a virtual cooking night and of course the second half of our Escape Room/Intro to Self Defence. To find out more information about all of these activities, make sure to check your email.

The month of February brings with it Wellness. We will be participating in many ways, including a chance to socialize with the Saint Johns Therapy dogs, meeting the Padre and filling out cards of Friendship for your friends.
