Registration will be on September 2, 2025, at the Optimist Club of Newmarket (55 Forhan Avenue) at 6:30PM.
Joining Instructions
For new recruits and returning cadets, the 2025-2026 training year will commence on September 2, 2025.
Steps to get started:
Step 1. Starting September 1, complete the application form: Application for Membership
Note, this is a two-stage process. Once your email address is entered, you will receive an email with the link to complete the application. We’ll receive your application once it’s been submitted.
Step 2. If you are attending the registration session on September 2, please make sure to bring the following documents. If you are registering at another time, RCSCC Patriot staff will let you know the next steps to complete registration. You will also need to bring these documents.
Proof of Age (12-18 years of age):
- a valid Canadian Passport;
- a Birth Certificate issued by a Canadian provincial, territorial or federal government agency;
- any card, visa or permit (work, study, resident, etc.) (with photo) issued by the Canadian Government which legally authorizes the person to reside in Canada for an extended period; or
- any identification card (with or without photo) issued by a Canadian provincial, territorial or federal government agency. Certificates of live birth and Health Cards are NOT accepted.
Proof of Health Insurance:
- Current Ontario Health Card
